  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, grated ginger, chopped green onions, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, combine sweet chili sauce with extra soy sauce in a bowl. Toss baked meatballs in the glaze before serving.
