Prepare the Wraps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Fillings
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Add pepperoni slices, diced green bell pepper, and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle a little more cheese on top of the fillings to help seal the wraps.
Wrap and Bake
- Carefully fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the wraps lightly with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are crispy and golden brown.
Serve
- Remove the wraps from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Slice each wrap in half and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil before serving.
