Baked Pizza Wraps are a fun and easy way to enjoy all your favorite pizza flavors in a portable form. Perfect as a snack or a quick meal!

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
For the Filling
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Wraps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Fillings
  1. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Add pepperoni slices, diced green bell pepper, and black olives on top of the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top of the fillings to help seal the wraps.
Wrap and Bake
  1. Carefully fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom to create a wrap.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the tops of the wraps lightly with olive oil for a golden finish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are crispy and golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove the wraps from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  2. Slice each wrap in half and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil before serving.
