Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Topping
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with melted butter until coated. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the chicken and broccoli mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
