Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked penne pasta, chicken pieces, marinara sauce, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning evenly over the top.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
