Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. In serving bowls, layer the halved strawberries.
  4. Spoon the whipped cream mixture generously over the strawberries.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with additional strawberries or mint leaves if desired.
