Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup cucumber grated
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 whole burger buns
  • 1 cup mixed greens

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Patties
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken patties to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on a grill or skillet until lightly golden.
  2. Place a chicken patty on each bun, top with tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta cheese, and mixed greens.
Serve
  1. Serve the burgers immediately while they are hot. Enjoy!
