Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups
  • 8 slices salami
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chives finely chopped
For Serving
  • ¼ cup mustard optional for dipping

Method
 

Assemble the Roll-Ups
  1. Start by spreading a layer of softened cream cheese over each slice of salami.
  2. Place a few slices of cucumber and bell pepper on one edge of the salami.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped chives on top of the veggies.
  4. Carefully roll the salami slice away from you, enclosing the vegetables and cream cheese.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining salami slices.
Serve the Roll-Ups
  1. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter.
  2. Serve with mustard on the side for dipping, if desired.
