Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the gnocchi to the skillet along with pesto sauce and heavy cream. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
