Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth out creases.
- Cut the pastry into 6 equal squares.
- In the center of each square, spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella and top with a few slices of strawberries.
- Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg to give them a golden color when baked.
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
